Leslie is the best of the best! We were first time home buyers and she guided us gracefully through this insane market and into the home of our dreams. We could not have been luckier to have such a knowledgeable, professional, and fun realtor such as her. Plus, even after the sale was complete, she has continued to help us with house projects, service referrals, and pool advice. Can't wait to work with her again in the future. I can't even begin to express how fortunate I am to have had Leslie by my side throughout my journey in selling my home. I first contacted Leslie almost 2 years ago when I decided to look into selling my home because she had a solid reputation as a local expert in rural residential properties with acreage. When I met with Leslie for the first time, she made recommendations for a few inexpensive cosmetic enhancements, specifically painting kitchen and bathroom cabinets, that she felt would be appealing to potential buyers. I was relieved that I would not be expected to make any significant investments in order to sell my home. I soon had the work completed that she had suggested, and during that time, not once did she pressure me to list my home. Leslie and I kept in touch, but I think she knew that I wasn't quite ready to sell my home of over 25 years, and she was right. Fast forward to the present: I got in contact with Leslie again in November in the middle of the pandemic, and I told her that I had made the decision that it was time to start getting the house ready to list by spring, and Leslie informed me that NOW was the time because the market for selling homes with property like mine in the area was at an all-time high, and homes were selling within days of listing with multiple offers. She was right. Leslie did ALL of the work: the staging, the photographer, the drone, the listing, the viewing appointments, the offers, the escrow process...she took all of the pressure off of me, and she always had my back every step along the way. In the end, we received multiple offers above asking price, and we accepted a counter-offer that we felt contained the best terms. I honestly can't say enough to truly convey how knowledgeable, hardworking, dedicated, and supportive Leslie Reed has been throughout one of the most important journeys of my life. She has not only been my real estate agent, but I now consider her as my friend.

I enjoyed working with Leslie. She knew I was nervous about moving to a new area and she was available for me during the entire process. She was quick to respond to my texts or phone calls. Her knowledge of the process from finding a house, to placing an offer to all the paperwork thereafter gave me confidence that I was making the right decision to move. Leslie is the best! She is great at what she does and has clients best interest in mind. She helped us with a sale of our home. Her advice was great and she recommended professional contractors which we were very happy with. Her taste is superb, staging homes is her forte and I’d listen to her with anything she suggests.
