I would give Leslie Polk an A+ rating. First of all, I appreciate her patience because we kept pushing back the date to put our home on the market. She created a detailed marketing portfolio for us. She knows real estate and her recommendations, advice, and guidance throughout the selling process was extremely beneficial. She kept us informed and advocated for us with the buyer’s realtor. We were out of town shortly after the house went into contract and Leslie was instrumental in helping us negotiate with the appraiser and even met with contractors to get necessary repairs done. I highly recommend Leslie Polk.
