I used Leslie to sell my condo in a very competitive market at On Top of the World in Clearwater, Fl. She went out of her way to make sure my unit had as much exposure as possible in all multiple listing resources. She took the time to organize each room for the best pictures to provide outstanding images of the condo for review over the internet. I had to bring in contractors to bring certain items up to code to pass inspection. She took the time to make arrangements to give access to the unit and help with this process since I was having to deal with them long distance from Indiana. She went beyond what is expected of her responsibility as a listing agent. With her help, I was able to sell the condo within a reasonable time frame and at a price I was very satisfied with. Leslie also helped coordinate a very smooth closing that also had to be done long distance. I highly recommend her based on her qualifications and expertise. She is an outstanding agent and a great person to work with.
