During a crazy and difficult home-buying market, especially as first-time homeowners, Leslie and Beth were lifesavers! They were both incredibly patient with us, including when answering last minute questions, late night requests, and helping us navigate the seller's market during a global pandemic. Being somewhat new to the greater Denver Metro area, Leslie's experience not only with years of experience in the local housing market, but as a Colorado native herself, was a major asset in our journey to find a house. I cannot express enough how patient, understanding, and genuinely HELPFUL Beth and Leslie were. They both helped us figure out the best house for us- from touring major fixer-uppers to new-builds, discussing locations from eastern Central Park to western Lakewood and all the different neighborhoods in between. They helped guide us through every possible step of the home-buying process. We had a tight inspection deadline and turnaround, and Leslie was able to recommend and convince an inspector AND structural engineer to be on-site within 24 hours. Even after buying the house, Leslie has continued to recommend professionals for various home projects, including roofing and window companies, electrical work, and so much more!
