The sale on our house was not the story of moving on to another house but one of downsizing and moving in with family. Leslie told us her real estate background, then listened to our story and toured our house. She asked questions and made suggestions. She was very energetic and positive the whole time. It did not take long to decide that she was the agent we needed. Once the decision was made she asked what items of furniture we would not be taking with us. She said she could use some of them in staging and what she didn't she could donate or get rid of for us. Once we had all our belongings out of house she had the house cleaned, staged, photograghed and on the market within a week. The market at the time was in a down period and yet Leslie still managed to sell the house within 40 days with closing 3 weeks later.
