Leslie is a knowledgeable Agent. Leslie negotiated a higher sales price that we were asking. She was able to work through all issues that arose during the escrow process. Leslie is a hands on Agent who knows the current real estate market. I would highly recommend Leslie to anyone that is looking to sell their home quickly at a good sales price.

I've used Leslie twice now, and she's always been personable, reliable, hard working and professional. I would recommend Leslie to anyone. I have "my Realtor", and I'm not switching!!

Leslie has been a great realtor, she always made time to answer all of our questions and has been very professional. Leslie made time to take us to see many properties before we found the one! She has been very diligent in helping us navigate through the home buying process. She responds to her clients in a very timely manner and is always cheerful to help in any way she can. Leslie truly is the Best!!!

We found Leslie to be excellent at navigating us through the process of buying and selling our home. She was always available to answer questions and followed through as needed. We thank her for working with us.

Leslie Kreuzberger worked tirelessly to sell my home.

Leslie Kruzberger guided us through the process of selling our home. She was responsive to our needs and understanding. We found Leslie very knowledgeable which made the process easier. Leslie is professional and friendly. We were able to sell our home before it was listed due to Leslie's contacts and her efforts to find us a buyer. You won't be disappointed!

Leslie is a hard working individual with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of Real Estate transactions. Our deal involved five connected and contingent sales and two of which involved cross country moves - Leslie collaborated and coordinated with a degree of emotional intelligence and professionalism that was impressive to observe. She kept us informed with every new development. There were a number of challenges with our buyers, buyer; Leslie clearly communicated our options and challenges every step of the way. My wife and I would highly recommend Leslie for anyone buying or selling, she has earned our highest endorsement.

I used Leslie for buying a new condo and selling the one I already had. Her knowledge of the local market got me a better selling price than I would have asked for. Leslie was also very helpful in finding a new home that met my needs. And when it came to buy that home, she worked well with the seller's agent and even negotiated the buying price down due to work that was needed on the unit. The seller resisted but she still managed to make a deal that was favorable for me. I would recommend her to anyone.

Her knowledge of comparable values helped sell our condo with three offers in two days. She was helpful in analysis of the offers to select the best one. Leslie also was able to answer the many questions we had during closing.

We met with several agents before kind of stumbling into Leslie by accident...and what a great accident it was. She really made us feel like we were her top priority. Buying your first home can be very discouraging (not to mention exhausting) and we were doing so at the same time as also being first time parents of a newborn and moving from a different state. The stress trifecta! But Leslie felt more like a friend than an agent. We have already recommended her to our parents (obviously not something we would do if we didn't think she was great) and would recommend her to anyone really looking for help. When it looked like we wouldn't get the loan we needed, she helped us find one. When it looked like we couldn't buy in a neighborhood we wanted, she didn't push us to settle, she was patient and made sure we were happy with our purchase. It is literally not possible for me to recommend an agent higher.

I bought a house with Leslie about 12 yrs ago. She was able to find me the perfect house. She advocated on my behalf with sales negotiations and helped me understand the whole process. She responded quickly and didnt waste my time with looking at places I woul dnot have wanted. She knew what I was looking for.

To start off the review, I can tell you I expect a lot out of a real estate agent. I don't think they're over payed, but I feel that the pay they receive is the pay of a proffesional,so I expect proffesional performance. Leslie gives you proffesional work. There are so many real estate agents that do it as a part time job, and I'm sure you've all met them. They like the job because it gives them flexible hours and they don't have to work when they don't want to. Leslie is a full time proffesional that is always working as far as I could tell. She does everything possible to get your home the best exposure it can have. Our home was advertised everywhere, there were multiple open houses and she even went door to door to make sure everyone knew the house was for sale. The results of all of this was the house sold in the time frame that she origainally thought it would, for a price that we were happy with. I would also like to say that about five years ago Leslie was my agent on purchasing a property that is income property, and the same as on the selling end, everything from start to finished was handled proffesionaly. Leslie has a no nonsense,"lets get this done!" approach to selling or finding you a home. I obviously highly recommend Leslie to buy or sell if your looking for a hardworking, knowledgable real estate agent.
