I used Leslie for buying a new condo and selling the one I already had. Her knowledge of the local market got me a better selling price than I would have asked for. Leslie was also very helpful in finding a new home that met my needs. And when it came to buy that home, she worked well with the seller's agent and even negotiated the buying price down due to work that was needed on the unit. We met with several agents before kind of stumbling into Leslie by accident...and what a great accident it was. She really made us feel like we were her top priority. Buying your first home can be very discouraging (not to mention exhausting) and we were doing so at the same time as also being first time parents of a newborn and moving from a different state. The stress trifecta! But Leslie felt more like a friend than an agent. We have already recommended her to our parents (obviously not something we would do if we didn't think she was great) and would recommend her to anyone really looking for help. When it looked like we wouldn't get the loan we needed, she helped us find one. When it looked like we couldn't buy in a neighborhood we wanted, she didn't push us to settle, she was patient and made sure we were happy with our purchase. It is literally not possible for me to recommend an agent higher.
I bought a house with Leslie about 12 yrs ago. She was able to find me the perfect house. She advocated on my behalf with sales negotiations and helped me understand the whole process. She responded quickly and didnt waste my time with looking at places I woul dnot have wanted. She knew what I was looking for.
To start off the review, I can tell you I expect a lot out of a real estate agent. I don't think they're over payed, but I feel that the pay they receive is the pay of a proffesional,so I expect proffesional performance. Leslie gives you proffesional work. There are so many real estate agents that do it as a part time job, and I'm sure you've all met them. They like the job because it gives them flexible hours and they don't have to work when they don't want to. Leslie is a full time proffesional that is always working as far as I could tell. She does everything possible to get your home the best exposure it can have. Our home was advertised everywhere, there were multiple open houses and she even went door to door to make sure everyone knew the house was for sale. The results of all of this was the house sold in the time frame that she origainally thought it would, for a price that we were happy with. I would also like to say that about five years ago Leslie was my agent on purchasing a property that is income property, and the same as on the selling end, everything from start to finished was handled proffesionaly. Leslie has a no nonsense,"lets get this done!" approach to selling or finding you a home. I obviously highly recommend Leslie to buy or sell if your looking for a hardworking, knowledgable real estate agent.

Leslie was great in every sense of the word! She consistently kept us up to date on the newest properties in our area, and was always available and willing to meet us at odd hours of the day and weekend to showcase the house. When properties didn't meet our expectations, she knew it and would honestly voice her opinion.
