We found Leslie Hoban through Zillow, and it was the best decision we have ever made is having her as our realtor in finding our home! She was a delightful, informative and always on time! At no point during the purchasing process did we feel pressure or concerns, as she was there to guide us and in a way we felt like she was on our side supporting us through the home buying negotiations. She had everything ready for the seller rent back and helped me with this aspect of the purchase as well. Very detail oriented during the walkthrough and condition assessment. She was also understanding of my schedule/travel as a part of purchasing this home and helped set expectations with the listing agent and seller.
