Leslie explained her sales strategies to get top dollar, which turned out to be the correct plan, as our sale made a new sales record for the neighborhood. Leslie also was extremely helpful in staging our home. She walked us through what buyers look for and the current market in our neighborhood. Leslie’s strengths were her sales and marketing plan, as well as her attitude of providing all the support the seller required. She provided hands-on support. Things could not have gone better. In addition, she has a strong company behind her. Our house went on the market when I was in Europe. Leslie sold it in one day for top dollar and significantly over list.
