We chose to work with Leslie Heimer, after our friend and neighbor had such high praises for her, and I’m so glad we did! Leslie explained her sales strategies to get top dollar, which turned out to be the correct plan, as our sale made a new sales record for the neighborhood. Leslie also was extremely helpful in staging our home. She walked us through what buyers look for and the current market in our neighborhood. Leslie’s strengths were her sales and marketing plan, as well as her attitude of providing all the support the seller required. She provided hands-on support. Things could not have gone better. In addition, she has a strong company behind her. Our house went on the market when I was in Europe. Leslie sold it in one day for top dollar and significantly over list. I was able to sign the contact from Paris. It was so easy with Leslie. She handled everything for us. Leslie is the best! Hands-down.
