As a co-founder of BloomTree Realty and currently the Company’s Chief Operating Officer I ensure that our people are cared for and systems are set up to run at maximum efficiency. Our entire team is set up to provide the fertile ground for agents to grow their business and flourish as business owners. I am charged with setting the strategy for achieving the goals set by the CEO and adjusting to changing market conditions and industry trends. In 2019 we affiliated with the premier lifestyle brand of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Prior to this role I was Designated Broker and VP of Operations. I have taught CE for the Arizona School of Real Estate. As a real estate licensee since 2004, I have been involved in all aspects of the business including a full time agent.
