I have worked with Pat and her team for the last 35+ years. I would never call anyone else to handle my real estate needs. She has so much experience and knowledge, and her network of contacts is enormous. She can move volumes of people through an open house event just by making a few phone calls. All you have to do is listen to her advice, follow her instructions and leave the paperwork to her. She sold my last house in 1 day. I had 3 "asking price" offers.
