Within 3 weeks we had the offer we wanted, after turning down 2 other lower offers, and Leslie negotiated the extra terms we wanted, including leasing the home back for 4 months. Now we have closed escrow and are looking forward to completing the build of our new home, which Leslie also found for us and helped us to negotiate the terms.
