Leslie helped me purchase my first house in the mountains. She was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step. I purchased a home with acreage, well, septic and a boiler all of which I was unfamiliar with. What she did not already know she researched and got back to me quickly. There were problems with the well and septic after inspection, she helped facilitate the fixes, which greatly reduced the stress I was feeling. Title suggested I get an ILC (Improvement Location Certificate) and I wasn't sure what that was. She explained it to me and why it would be beneficial for me to have. So glad I took her advice. Working with Leslie was pleasurable, and stress free. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know needing a Realtor.
