As a first-time buyer, there are many pitfalls to which I could've been susceptible, and she helped me navigate around each one. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable, professional, patient, and readily available to speak with and answer any questions I had. She made sure I stayed on-track for every step of the home purchase and informed me of what to expect overall and in the area I was moving to - in the end, I didn't just get a house, but a wealth of knowledge to last a lifetime. To say that she exceeded every one of my expectations in the best way possible would be an understatement. Leslie, Jane and the rest of their team at Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty were absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had such a positive experience from start to finish. To give a little background, we met Jane by chance as she was selling a home across the street from my childhood home (this happens to be the house we bought). Jane was knowledgeable of the home and area. She was always quick to respond. She assisted through the process of placing an offer on the home. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jane and her experience! Our offer was accepted and now we were scrambling to get our other home on the market. We placed an offer on the new home on a Thursday, our offer was accepted on a Saturday and by Sunday, Jane and Leslie were out at our old home making plans with us to sell that one! By Tuesday, our home was visible to realtors (on the MLS). By Wednesday, a photographer was out at the old house taking professional pictures of our home. On Thursday, it was public to the sites such as Zillow. We had ONE showing and a full price offer by lunch on Thursday. Now I know that this is not always the way things go in real estate but I am convinced that our success was due to the amazing team behind us! Oh and we were also getting married and there was a pandemic going on during this time frame if that gives you an idea of how potentially bad the timing of buying and selling was! We are so thankful for this group of people and we cannot wait to start our new life in our new home!

Not sure if purchasing a home is supposed to be an enjoyable experience or not...the process, that is. That being said, Leslie made it as close to enjoyable as it could be. She was always available (even when I texted her on a Sunday morning), always professional, and always had our best interests at heart. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, and I can't remember any realtor we have worked with as personable and professional as Leslie.

Leslie was amazing!! She gave us guidance on what we needed to do to sell our home. We made the changes she recommended on our home, and it sold in 24 hours!!! She knows her stuff. She was able to find us a new home to purchase to exactly what we wanted within that same 24 hour timeframe. Leslie made the whole selling and purchasing process easier for us and went out her way to make the process stress free. This is the fifth home I have purchased and I have sold 4. Leslie was by far the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. She is a very good listener, has an incredible knowledge of the Jacksonville area, and helped guide us to what we were looking for. Not once did I feel like Leslie was trying to push us into an area or a home and she was willing to show us homes "outside the box" of what we were looking for so we could gain a complete perspective. She was very patient, and responsive to our requests and situation. She was also very knowledgeable with regards to contracts and real estate language. She went out of her way to not only help us buy a home, but also welcome us to the area. The Welcome to Your New Home sign on the front yard on the day we closed was a great example of Leslie's fantastic customer service. I will recommend Leslie to anyone buying a home in the Jacksonville area!
