Diligent, patient, and so much fun

Leslie is a dream agent. Our first day of searching was intense – 12 properties – but we had a great time, and Leslie took us to her favorite bakery and coffee stop to keep our spirits up in the middle of the day. Unfortunately, none of the houses that day were a perfect fit, so Leslie went home and found a couple more for us to visit the following day, and we ended up buying one of those! Her diligence is exactly what led us to our ideal home, and we are so grateful. We put in an offer that was accepted, and Leslie even negotiated an appraisal that was $2,000 above asking. We couldn't be happier!
