We recently used Leslie Doran to sell our house. Leslie is an outstanding real estate agent. Her customer focus and knowledge of the market are second to none. She is always available to answer questions and/or provide assistance at any time including weekends and follows up very quickly. As a sellers agent she provides a very thorough to do checklist to best prepare your house to be sold and also uses the very best photographer to take pictures in order to optimize your listing. This is the second time I have used Leslie to sell a property and in both cases our selling experience for exceeded my expectations. We also used Leslie earlier this year to buy a Condo. As a buyers agent Leslie ensures that she knows exactly the type of property and location you are looking in and uses a website to flag prospective properties for possible viewing. She also knows what to look for once inside a property and provides an honest assessment of whether it best meets your criteria from a cost and quality standpoint. Most important of all is that Leslie takes time to get to know you personally which makes the buying and/or selling experience very easy.
