Leslie has a very unique balance of both the machinations (the processes) of the Real Estate market along with an intuitiveness (instinct and insight) of what both the buyer and seller bring to the transaction. We'd say this is both in the general as well as the specific sense. The fact that we were selling a 57 year old house, Leslie advised us correctly (as can be evidenced in hindsight) to consider certain changes to meet the most likely buyers who were in all probability going to be millennials. She was absolutely correct. The buyers told us they were sold "on the spot" because the house had a nice blend of the old with new. Leslie took the time and was always at the end of a phone to advise us reassuringly along the way. Large issues never amounted to more than speed bumps. Leslie's advice related to negotiations was also spot-on. She has a keen sense to read what is in a contract offer to sense the buyer's key needs might be. For this transaction we were on the selling side. We don't think we could have picked a better person to shepherd two senior citizens through a major life changing situation. Leslie’s selling acumen is matched by her buying wisdom. If asked for a recommendation for a buyer's representative, Leslie would be the immediate-without-hesitation recommended choice also. Leslie's "bedside manners" (customer advocacy, relationship, and support) are in the "1-percenters” of all agents as far as we’re concerned.
