I retrieved Leslie's info from a coworker and was happy with the decision. I would say a few of the important things when looking for a realtor is experience and proximity to your area of interest. This allowed us to get tours in often and on our schedule. She is very positive, patient is willing to answer all my questions. An added bonus is that she is knowledgeable in the home building/construction processes. I could go "Where is the cleanout?" or "How much do you think it would be to fix this?" . One great thing she did was introduce us to Babak Moghaddam, who we used as our lender. They were a very effective team together.
