Team Carver did an amazing job getting me through a VERY tough situation/sale. I'm on the other side of the country and they assisted me with everything I needed to do. Sale was for a house in probate and a person living in the home caused major damage prior to leaving. The entire team went above and beyond what I was expecting. I couldn't imagine the process could have gone any smoother than it did. They are my first stop if I ever have real estate needs in Vegas again!

I didn't expect this level of Professionalism ! What a great team, top to bottom, although now that I think about it there was no bottom. I interviewed several other Realtors but just didn't feel comfortable with their responses. With Leslie's Team, everything was done for me, they just made it easy. Open and frequent communication with exceptional knowledge of the Real Estate Market even to the point of agreeing on the listing price. Our home sold within 3 weeks ! Leslie was an invaluable resource to us. Not only did she read the market just right and set a great price on my brother’s property but she had a whole army of cleaners, plumbers, and carpet layers who did fast, top quality work. We did not have to make all kinds of extra trips to Las Vegas, she handled everything. All her dealings with us were above reproach. She was extremely professional, attentive and very caring. Could find absolutely no fault with any part of her service to us. She gets top marks on all her efforts on our behalf . We give her the highest recommendation possible. She was absolutely amazing.

I had the please of working with Team Carver, on what I thought was going to be a difficult sell. I was thousands of miles away from my mom's old house in Henderson, Nv. There were a number of things that needed to be taken care of that I could not take care of because of the distance. I was totally relieved by TEAM Carver, and I emphasize TEAM because there were several people helping me along the way. Changing out an old water heater, landscaping, cleaning the house. Anytime I had a questions or concern I called and they were there! They stayed on top of the vast amount of documents I had to sign. An extremely pleasant experience and I would immediately reach out to them if I ever wanted to purchase property in Las Vegas!!!

The absolute best. My husband and I worked with Leslie 2018, sold a home for us. Great experience. I went back to her in 2022 to sell 2 more homes. Sold 1, the other is currently under contract. Leslie's team is the most professional group, on top of everything always and 300% working for their clients. I have one regret that I don't have anymore homes to sell in Nevada.
