I selected Leslie for two home sales and a purchase. One sale and the purchase were "simultaneous" which required extra coordination to ensure a seamless transaction. Leslie made it happen like it was no big deal. She helps prepare your sale for the best possible outcome with pricing, traffic, etc. When it comes to purchase, she finds homes that fit your needs almost perfectly and makes time to visit the ones you like. The paperwork process can be confusing and overwhelming, but with Leslie on your side, it's no big deal. I really enjoyed working with her!
Leslie clearly loves her work. She was with me well throughout the sale and buying of my new home. She even made the settlement easy by being by your side explaining the whole process. This can be very daunting in itself. Leslie presents the material on how to best show the house you are selling and will go with you to see the new house. This gives you a feeling that you are in goods hands on both ends of the transaction. Can only say that I will have her take care of my next house, in the future.
