Leslie is such a great realtor. Purchasing a house from out of state could be a daunting experience, Leslie's knowledge of areas allowed her to recommend areas and properties that met all of our requirements. The showing of properties was very efficient as she narrowed them down to only properties that ticked all of the boxes we gave her. After 3 days of getting to know the areas and sampling of properties we had to leave for home. Leslie was able to show us properties virtually and we quickly landed on one that we purchased. We were out of state buyers and found Leslie through a home we liked online. She revealed what needed to be seen in each home and she was always available for a call. More importantly, once we ID'd the home we loved, she walked us through the process, fully explaining each step, protecting our interests and gave us the sense that we were in a professional's care. She worked closely with our mortgage team, helped with insurance, contractors, and others to help sew up our obligations. There was never a time that we sensed we were alone or in need of answers, because she was amazing in her depth of knowledge and ability to explain it all.
