Lesli handles all aspects of the process exceptionally well and truly has her clients' best interests at heart every step of the way. She puts herself in the shoes of her client in providing feedback and guidance which is extremely rare in my experience. She possesses great judgment and a very high EQ which is invaluable in dealing with the opposing party and her/her agent particularly in negotiating and during the due diligence phase.
We met Lesli at a property we were viewing that she was the listing agent on and although that property wasn't for us, we instantly knew we wanted Lesli on our side. She took the time to get to know us, become familiar with our situation, and fully understand what we were looking for in a house. She got us ready to list our home within a week and had our house looking better than it ever had which resulted in us getting a perfect offer in 3 days. Her expertise allowed us to negotiate fair and creative deals in to get us where we needed to be to purchase our new home as well. She took what was to us a complex and stressful situation and made everything go off without a hitch. The best thing about working with Lesli was her constant communication. We felt informed and in the loop at every turn and we would often find her checking in on us just to make sure we weren't too stressed. I would refer anyone that needed a realtor to Lesli and would go so far as to say you'd be doing yourself a disservice by using anyone else.

I cannot imagine a realtor doing a better job than Lesli did for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the entire home buying process. Other qualities Lesli displayed during our home search include patience, responsiveness, high energy, unrelenting follow through and exacting attention to detail. Items that we may have overlooked, for example in the inspection report, she called to our attention and pursued with great vigor. Lesli represented us during the process as though she were buying the home for herself. To me that is the highest praise.

Just really outstanding. Lesli quickly got up to speed on the neighborhood comps to derive a market value ... she suggested and arranged for our own property inspection to make informed decisions on what to fix or leave for a buyer which was a great idea and investment... thru a colleague she found an investor/renovator to come to the property and give us a bid before listing on MLS which was a useful floor on our listing price... adeptly managed the avalanche of interest once we listed the property and juggled the offers to get us to a quick contract above our asking price... managed the buyer and closing attorneys with tenacity, constant communication and professionalism. Listing was Sept 1st, under contract on Sept 2nd and closed Sept 21st - I think anyone that gives Lesli a shot at selling their house or helping them purchase will be extremely happy with her performance. She is far and away not your typical residential agent.
