Lesley was recommended to us at a time when our Mother had passed away and our renters who were non- responsive to our requests for damages that had occurred during there stay. Lesley was there for us with recommendations and gave us access to her inventory of workers to correct the needed replacements in order to sell the house. In addition to her normal activities she managed the work when we couldn't be there as travel for us was about 80 miles each way. Thanks to her follow-up and knowledge of the industry she sold our house and orchestrated all the details while we were out of country! If I ever need to buy or sell a property I can assure you Lesley will be involved. Great job Lesley!

I met Lesley when she was showing one of the houses for sale in my street. My husband and I went to the Open House, and I kept her business card. Many years later, when it was time to sell my house, I called her up to get a feel of how she will represent me as the seller. She came to my house and we talked. I liked her right away. She was friendly and knowledgable. I was comfortable and at ease with her. We went around the house, and she pointed things that needed repairs and touch ups as well rooms that needed to be decluttered. It was fun staging the house with her. She brought some of her household items and made them work with furnitures and items that I already had. She did the showings every weekend, and at the end of the day, she would give me a call to provide a comprehensive update. She was patient and reassuring when the house was on the market. When I had questions, she always responded in a timely manner. She offered to do errands too (e.g. Ace hardware, letting contractors in he house). She was with me at the title company office when we closed the sale in case something is needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I will not hesitate for her to represent me again in the future. I highly recommend her services.
