If you have a nice, simple transaction, I’m positive Lesley is great. If you have a messy transaction that includes double lots, non-paying tenants in one and a buyer who lives a few states away, she is EXCELLENT!! Patient, able to separate all the "strings", did extra legwork for me since she was my "eyes", and got the job done...even after a few last minute, surprise hiccups. And then after all ink was dry, she still was there to guide me and help with after sale issues and questions. Lesley, have I said THANK YOU, yet? When I'm ready to move in, I know I have also found an additional friend on the Peninsula! FYI - Lesley answered my original request on a different house, and then I kept peppering her with other houses found on Zillow. She went to everyone one, took additional photos to email me and gave me her opinion (even when I didn't want to hear it).
