I don’t know where to start. We started to work with Lesley for over a year until we actually purchased and she worked so hard that whole time. The one home we wanted from the start, we ended up getting and it was not easy to say the least. If it wasn’t for Lesley we would not be in the lovely sunshine state with the farm we wanted the whole time. Hard working, persistent and pure excellence.
Our experience with Lesley Dolan was amazing. She was a real trooper. We were definitely not easy clients. We worked with her to buy a home while living in Pennsylvania. The first home she helped us find ended up having a water leak the day of closing and the house had an inch or more of water throughout when she arrived at the property to do the final walk through for us. Obviously we walked away from the very damaged house. Then it was back to the drawing boards to find another house for us. By this time we had lost our place to live in Pennsylvania and were renting in Florida. She showed a very clear understanding of your desires and needs by always cutting thru the many less than acceptable homes on the market to get us to the best available options for us. Within a few weeks we found an even better home and we have moved in. It is a fantastic home! I highly recommend her for your home hunting needs, She has a great personality, is very approachable, knowledgable and totally reliable.
