Lesley works hard to make sure everything that is needed is done to make your escrow close smoothly. We worked with her for over six months, and during that time we wrote two offers and had both of our offers accepted in this sellers’ market, a 100% acceptance rate which is pretty unheard of these days. I attribute this to Lesley’s assistance in helping us craft competitive offers that were not ridiculously over priced, but strong in other areas of our offer. One of our escrows fell out because the house’s condition had issues after inspections. I appreciated how she made sure to get inspectors out there ASAP so we could know the condition of the house before that contingency time ran out on our contract. Because of this, we were able to cancel the first escrow without losing our deposit. With inspection turn times being so far out these days, the inspections could only be done so quickly because of the relationships Lesley has with local inspectors who make Leslie’s clients a priority. Our second escrow that had multiple offers closed very smoothly in a month. One last thing I appreciated was her search tool that gave us automated notifications when listings in our ideal location and parameters came up, allowing us to schedule a virtual showing with her friendly showing agent, Berlie, right away and get our offer in quickly. Overall, I can say with full confidence Leslie is knowledgeable, attentive, and a strong negotiator. If you are local or out of state, Leslie is a great choice.
