She always looked for and found some issues that I would not have thought to check. When we made an offer she quickly got it submitted and was alway prompt in all required paperwork. We went to look at the first house I was interested in, after going I realized it was not the one for me. She then had me explain in person a more detailed type of home I was looking for, she then came up with a few new ones that didn't quite have a yard on the property but we decided to go check them out the same day. Then I found the home a bought, contacted her and we went and looked, I loved it. We communicated back and forth to start the process, everything went smooth evening the closing, we gave the people extra days to move out and when they did they didn't clean it unfortunately because they were in a hurry. When I got the keys from Leslee we went and did a walk through and noticed it wasn't cleaned, she immediately contacted a cleaning company and had them come out with in a few days. It was nice to not have to worry about cleaning the house. We also noticed some curtain rods were missing that was previously in the home, she contacted the seller and the seller said they threw them away and they gave me a gift card in order for me to go purchase new ones. I was pleased with the outcome and service Leslee provided.

Leslee was amazing for me, my wife, and my Service Dog, Ocean. She was extremely knowledgeable of the market and great at negotiating for us. She also went out of her way to look at extra properties with us when we had planned to look at fewer homes that day. Communicating with her was not only easy but was pleasant as well, she really listened to what we wanted in a house and the price range we wanted as well. When I was nervous about prices, she set me up with a wonderful lender that helped me figure out what I could really afford for a house. I truly thought that there was no way that I could afford the home that I just bought, but Leslee helped me realize that I could, instead of my settling for a home that was cheaper but having less home than I have. I always heard the horror stories about buying a home being stressful and difficult, but my experience was neither of those. I truly thank Leslee for all of the work that she did, because she made my life easy when it came down to everything. The only real work I did, was look up some houses on Zillow that I was interested in at the time. To be honest, my new home wasn’t on that list because I was afraid I couldn’t afford it. Looking at the homes in the price I felt was safe ended up being wrong for us. She researched homes that were truly a fit for us, which I really appreciated because what she found were better for us. She also negotiated a lower price for the home than originally asked, which also helped make our dream home possible. We love our new home, and it’s all because of Leslee that we own it.
