Lesha was very helpful and patient with us. She was very knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process from house hunting through closing. We highly recommend her.

Lesha is the best ! Great communication and just a joy to work with through the whole experience . I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling real estate . Her market knowledge and professionalism helped us secure a great buyer and top price for our townhouse . We will definitely use her for all of our future real estate ventures .

Lesha was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. I felt like she protected our best interests while making sure the buyers got what they needed too. She offered us good advice, and we were thankful for her years of experience and expertise. The photos of our home were wonderful, she really sold it in the listing description, recommended a fair market value for our property (it ended up being exactly the same as the appraisal), the inspections went smoothly, and there were no surprises at closing. Even as the interest rates are raising, we were able to find a buyer within 48 hours and closed within 45 days. She was very responsive and answered all our questions so that we knew exactly what to expect at each phase. We would highly recommend her to any of our family or friends.

We've used Lesha for both purchase and sale - and the experience of both, even more than half a decade apart - was nothing short of world-class. Lesha's knowledge of the local market is unparalleled. She knows what's available, and she also knows how to find it, taking into account diverse criteria and a multitude of options. In terms of selling - she's also tops here. Got us the right offer and took the deal to close. Advised us against questionable offers (multiple contingencies, for example) and yes, we got the exact price we wanted for the property. How good is Lesha? We wished we could have used her again for the property we bought 50+ miles away from our previous home - she's that good. And we'd love to work with her again, if that opportunity arises.

The home I wanted had several hoops to jump through at every stage of purchasing and I was a first time home owner so starting this process was extra stressful. Lesha was there through it all though, pushing to get what I wanted and to help me through the experience. She was persistent while working with a difficult seller. She was great about contacting me frequently so that I was always aware of what was happening. She was knowledgeable about how to write the contracts so that I got exactly what I was expecting. And she was able to walk me through the home inspections and closing preparations so that I felt confident that all was in order at every step. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy a house!

If you're looking for a realtor, I guess you can find one, since there are plenty out there. If you're looking for the BEST realtor, look no further than Lesha Hays, because she is just that. Conscientious, detail-oriented, laser-focused - there's just no better out there than Lesha. We've used her for purchase and for selling - and goodness, she nailed everything. Absolutely zero negatives, all positives - you just can't do better in the Central Kentucky region than Lesha.

Lesha helped us navigate all the ins and out of selling our property. She was motivated to sell our house and persevered even when the market in our area took a slight dip. She kept us positive and hopeful. Lesha was with us every step of the way, making sure our contracts were correct and advising us on how to deal with all the paperwork and legalities. Even after the house closed Lesha was there for us. Our daughter left items in the house when she left and since we were in another state, Lesha coordinated the removal of those items. Lesha truly goes above and beyond what is required of a real estate agent. I highly recommend Lesha Hays.

Lesha is extremely well versed in all areas in purchasing/buying a house. She was able to streamline the process and cross all hurdles in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with all areas with her vast knowledge of the market. I highly recommend her!

Lesha kept me informed all through the process and gave me good advice. She got the listing on the market quickly and the house sold with a minimum of extra advertising. Lesha covered the closing making it possible for me to know what was happening and to sign documents from a distance (since I had already moved to my new home out of state.) Thank you, Lesha!

Lesha has an excellent knowledge of the market. I was most appreciative of her help this regard. She kept me informed during all aspects of the proceeding which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her. She is an outstanding realtor.
