Lesa is very knowledgable about the Plainfield and surrounding area. Lesa shares her knowledge but ultimately allows the client to make their decision based on that knowledge. I would assign a 4.5 star rating. Lesa was very responsive and made herself available. All important communications were followed-up by confirmation emails. My home was put on the market during the most difficult time of the year to sell Thanksgiving 2016 - March 2017. In addition, there were many unchartered obstacles: radon repair, mold mitigation, tree removal, chimney repair and roofing issues. Now she possesses several new go-to repair folks for the most complicated and time sensitive last minute fixes. You will be in good hands with her if you intend to buy/sell in Will County, especially Plainfield, Joliet, Crest Hill, Shorewood and Naperville.
