Lesa was fantastic to worth with for the home buying process. She explained the whole home buying process and always kept me informed of the next step in the process. As a first time home buyer she helped point out a lot of things to look for with the houses that we viewed to help me compare and contrast different houses and become more knowledgeable in general. She helped me estimate the cost of what things would need to be fixed in the short term or long term to be able to know how much would need to be spent along with the down payment initially. Many times she went above and beyond to get all the details of when different work had been done or appliances installed to the house. She went through local tax documents and property records and not all agents would do that. Some would mention that you could look up that information yourself if it wasn't provided on a sellers disclosure. I ended up purchasing a house that I wanted to have some minor renovations done. She had a lot of great recommendations of people for all of the work. I was living several states away, so I only had a few windows to be looking and buying, but she was very patient and responsive. She helped me out a lot with inspections and other things that needed to be done at the property throughout the home buying process. She was very knowledgeable about a variety of different neighborhoods in Tallahassee.

We had not been in the house buying or selling market for almost 40 years and so much has changed. We also had to sell the house at a distance. Throughout the process Lesa guided us, kept us informed and encouraged. She saw things in the house that allowed us to improve its curb appeal which aided in the sale. The house was on the market for a very short time before we had an offer and Lesa helped us work through the offer and counter offers. She made the long distance sale possible and had the necessary forms in perfect order so that the transaction proceeded smoothly. We may be selling an additional home in the next year or two in Tallahassee and will absolutely use Lesa.
