We met Lesa Capps at an open house and really liked her warm and eager personality. My husband was already working at his new job in TN while I was in OH selling our home. Lesa and I worked a lot over email and phone as we both searched for properties. I gave her the parameters of our future home and budget which she was respectful to only send options that met our requirements. After our OH home went into contract, I contacted her for my upcoming visit to TN. I sent her a long list of homes we wanted to tour within my short visit. She didn’t waste any time working my list and replied by the next morning with our scheduled tours. I was so impressed by her prompt replies by email and text. When we met her for our tours, she gave us a nice, thick folder with all the details of the properties and our schedule. In between homes, when time permitted, she would suggest other properties for us to stop by while in route. Even when I was not in the area, she would go look at homes for me and let me know if they met our requirements. Lesa knew we were struggling with area but at no point ever pushed us where to buy or to buy with her. She was great to provide input but if she didn’t know she would say which I appreciated. Lesa found the home we purchased but made me aware it was at the top end of our budget. We loved the home and community but not the asking price. She helped us negotiate the price to an amount more to our liking. We would text and call her at all hours to get this done and she was always on point. She made sure all the inspectors and estimators had access to the home. After our closing, she had left a heartfelt handwritten note along with a personalized gift and welcome basket in our new home. We could feel her excitement for us, and words can never express how much we value all she did for us to find our perfect home. Arriving from several years in Japan, I knew nothing about this area as I had never been to Tennessee or Kentucky before in my life. Driving around a few weeks after our arrival looking at houses we bumped into Lisa showing a house to another couple. We exchanged contact info and she contacted us and happily agreed to show us houses in the area. We explained what we were looking for and she showed us some great homes. A few days later we told her we we’re interested in a few of them and unfortunately, they had already been taken! Undaunted she showed us another dozen or more houses over the next few weeks and after a long day of looking at houses she said she had one more and I nearly said no but reluctantly agreed and I’m glad I did! My family and I all loved it and told her that evening we wanted it. She worked with the seller and got us a great deal with considerable savings. She knew the greater Clarksville and Montgomery County area very well and found us our dream home! She was very attentive to our wants in a house and showed us a few that didn’t quite fill all of the boxes and one of those is the one we opted for. She had a knack for knowing what we were looking for! I appreciate her kindness and down to earth friendly personality after a few days, it was like a friend was showing us around town. She genuinely cared for us and our desires and did a great job for us. I would highly recommend Ms. Capps! You won’t find a nicer person out there!

Lesa was on her game at the start for us looking into our first home, if we had question, she responded the same day if not within 15 minutes. She has been very helpful with finding information even after buying our home. I will recommend her before any other agent I have dealt with in the clarksville/nashville area. She was straight forward with everything and wasn't Their just for the money, she didn't back out on us after we sent an offer that she didn't agree with. She fought for us to get an early closing date.
