We were thinking about moving to Prescott several years down the road. We wanted to find out more about the area, so we contacted Les while we were here on vacation. Rather than a brief visit to his office, as we had expected, Les spent the afternoon with us, giving us a thorough tour of the area and getting a good sense of our needs. Well, things change, and less than two months later, we were planning our move here. Naturally, we called Les. As several people have noted, he is patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He is nonjudgmental and at the same time helps you come to decisions and make choices. He took us out nearly daily to see everything on the market that met our criteria. Once we decided on a home, Les helped the whole transaction proceed seamlessly. Every detail was handled promptly, every question answered. And even though this was all occurring during the holiday season, he was highly available, and always very prompt at returning calls, texts and emails. We live in the desert and wanted a home in the mountains to escape to in the summer and move to when we retire. We researched houses through Trulia and saw Les' ad. We emailed a couple of questions and requests. Les got back to us right away. We gave him a list of houses we saw on the internet and would like to see in person. He helped by adding homes of similar size, price and locations. We set up a day and Les took us house hunting. In this process we found Les to be very patient, never pushy, and readily answered all our questions. His suggestions and insight were invaluable. We found a home on our second "tour".
