I came across her path and she asked me to give her a chance although I did not know her or any of her experience and so I was reluctant after three failed transactions with another realtor, but after her urging I decided to go with it and sure enough, as she had promised, she brought me a buyer at the first showing! The buyer made an offer I accepted it and everything was completed in a few months.
