She was also very knowledgeable about the area, the comparable properties and things to be aware of (possible problems, cost issues). She and her partner were also very helpful with closing and HOA procedures. Everything went very smoothly with the purchase of our home.
I didn’t go looking for a realtor when my listing fell off the MLS after six months. But, I received a telephone call from Leonor shortly thereafter. She wanted to meet with me regarding listing the condo. I was skeptical at first, but decided to meet with her. I’m very glad I made that decision. Leonor has a lot of knowledge regarding the market. She walked me through my condo and made helpful suggestions in a courteous and professional manner. She brought in a professional photographer for pictures, had a short film that aired on television made, had handouts made and held multiple open houses. I was not going to be in the area at the time of the closing and she made it possible to sign paperwork ahead of time. The closing occurred a week earlier than the designated date. Can’t be mad about that! I’m very happy I listened to Leonor during that first telephone contact. I’m very happy about the result of all her hard work. You can tell when someone loves their job because they’re great at it. Leonor loves her job.

What can I say about Leonor?!? I had been looking for 2 years for a place along the Gulf coast to purchase a winter home.
