I cannot say enough good things about Leo. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. I was still living in Florida when I began house hunting in North Carolina, and Leo went above and beyond by showing me homes through FaceTime and detailed videos, working tirelessly to make sure I didn’t miss a thing. Once I arrived in North Carolina, he immediately scheduled showings and kept everything moving smoothly. When it came time to put in offers, Leo truly fought for me during negotiations. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted while still protecting my budget, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. To top it all off, at the end of the process he surprised me with a handwritten card and beautiful welcome-home gifts, which meant so much to me. Leo and Vance don’t just treat you like clients — they treat you like family.
