This sale involved a foreign seller which added a couple of additional layers to the process. Mr. Tucker went above and beyond to complete the sale, e.g., contacting the consulate, researching related laws, etc. As frustrating as it was due to barrier after barrier, there was no doubt that he did all he could to move those out of the way.
