Lenny is an absolute amazing realtor! Our friend originally recommended him, and now we have used him multiple times! Each time we manage to purchase our home under market value (even when the market is hot!) and sell our home far beyond we ever thought we could get! Lenny is strategic and knows how to get the best deal for his client. He's honest and very knowledgable. He tells us about the builders, the quality of the materials used in the home, points out flaws or benefits we never would notice or think of, and every pro and con about that specific street or area. He's also extremely flexible. Somehow he always managed to make a showing work for us, even on the shortest notice!
