Lenny and his wife Lana were fabulous to work with. We were from out of the area and they worked closely with us to ensure we saw the homes we wanted to while in town. We found a wonderful home which then fell through due to the owner and the sales person contacted Lenny regarding a similar home. Being out of the area and having 4 days, Lenny and Lana ensured we saw all the homes/areas we wanted and was able to get us a new home. While it was being built he went and took pictures so we could see the site, location etc as we bought it sight unseen. Such a great experience and Lenny and Lana were critical in our success!! Lenny is the best. He’s very experienced, knows the Las Vegas market, and is completely trustworthy. I’ve used him a few times over a 20 year period. I always recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He provides white glove service and is totally responsive to your needs. When I bought a new tract home, he wanted to come with me to the design center to recommend options that he thought were good to have as a homeowner, and also those options that he thought would positively affect the value of the home for resale. When I later listed the home for sale with him, we had a disagreement on the price — he wanted to list it higher than me. It ultimately sold for a price higher than what I thought the listing should be. Thankfully I listened to him. I also had a similar experience when a family member passed away and the estate needed to sell his home. Other family members consulted another realtor before I had a chance to bring Lenny in. Lenny was realistic on the price, but since we were not in a rush we listed it higher and it ultimately sold for more than the first realtor recommended as a listing price. Lenny will be realistic on the price, and he won’t list it at a low price for a quick sale so he can move on to another commission. He negotiates like it is his house for sale. When I sold my home and the one for the estate, he also got bids and took care of all the repairs required after the buyer’s inspection. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
