Leo was incredible, he managed to get 10,500 in credits for our closing cost and got the seller to pay for repairs. The process of buying a home (especially a first home) can be so intimidating, but he truly made the process so easy and made sure to always address any concerns we had. He was very communicative and kept us in the loop on any updates we had. Buying this home has been such a great experience and Leo made it 10x better!

Leo took the time to understand the need of the sell of the house. He worked with our family from start to finish. Leonard understood some of the challenges and helped our family walk through thise challenges. Because our parents were elderly, he walked them them through every step and when it came to electronic digital documents Leo worked through me and communicated in details so I could assist my parents with documents. Leo was gracious, truthful, and here for us through every step of the way.
