Leonard is the Realtor you wish you always had. The depth and breadth of his knowledge and experience in the real estate field are immediately evident upon talking with him. He is the consummate real estate professional, an excellent communicator (Text, Email or Voice, you will always reach him, I even tested the communication at 2am one evening, and still got a reply within minutes, HE DOES NOT SLEEP!) and an overall great human being. We walked through the property with him to determine what was needed to prepare it for sale. One important aspect of the pre-listing process that Leonard emphasized was rehabbing the property so that it had maximum appeal and value to the prospective buyers. We completed all of the rehab work he suggested. Upon listing the property, we had multiple offers and closed in 21 days (including a holiday in there), above the asking price.
