Leonard Hanks

Leonard was very helpful and honest throughout the process of both viewing homes and the negotiation process. He was very flexible with meeting times and always did his best to accommodate our schedule.

Leonard Hanks is an outstanding Realtor!! Over the past 10 years we have bought and or sold over 10 properties in 4 states using a variety of realtors. This time we were shopping for a certain type of property and in no hurry to buy. Leonard was AWESOME and so much better than any other realtor we've ever used. He did not rush us, was patient in numerous visits to the same property, was knowledgeable and accurate in his assessment of valuation and was a pleasure to deal with. We found a property we loved and he helped make it happen! We will use Leonard again and would recommend him to any buyer.

Leonard is very professional with his clients, very informative and willing to go out of his way to assist both a buyer and seller, we used him for both. I would highly recommend his services to any buyer or seller. Great Job Leonard

Leonard was both knowledgeable and helpful. He responded to any of my questions quickly. He was great about keeping me informed as we went through the process every step of the way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. He has made my experience in buying a home a good one.
