I'm a true believer of communication and to say Len was amazing is understatement. He demonstrates very strong skills and knowledge.

Len & Vicki were both responsive at all times and when I applied pressure they got things done. This was an easy one but I sold multiple places with them some much harder than this with complex occupancies, rental / commercial/ residential, title issues, orphan's court issues all were resolved as required!

It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Len and make the transactions more than satisfactory in so many ways. From the outset, Len communicated all the aspects of what may be need , what he needed from me and how best to get the job done, both on time and for the price we talked about.
