Leonard is an amazing Real Estate Agent. Buying and selling a home is a emotional and stressful process, but this year, that was taken to a whole new level. I truly belive I would not have been able to find a new home if I had an average realtor. Leonard was great! He was very professional, positive, and encouraging through out the home buying and selling process. He was very responsive. Any question or need was meet that day or within 24 hours (which was a must in this market). Leonard made me feel valued as a client. I never doubted that he had my best interest at heart.

From the first day we decided to start the home buying process Leonard kept our wants needs at the top of the list. The biggest thing we appreciated was how he kept our best interest at heart. This is our first purchase and we didn't understand every aspect of the process, and he completely filled those gaps for us and put us at ease. He negotiated items we didn't know to even ask about and ended up getting us a beautiful first home that came on well under budget and is absolutely gorgeous We could not thank him enough and we will be recommending his service to all of our friends, family and anyone else who needs a Realtor!!
