Real Estate Professional may be an understatement. This guy does it ALL doesn't matter if your looking to buy or sell. If whether your looking for something big or something more affordable or even just to rent. Extremely knowledgeable and personable. Helped me though the whole process, could explain everything for me, even if I needed to listen twice. His Responsiveness was superb and I could contact him after hours or even on the weekend, as my realtor and as a person he had my back and worked with professionalism and tenacity. He would think and look at things from many angles, short term and long. From neighborhoods, access to major roads and amenities, property taxes, school systems to roofs, walls, foundation, appliances, pluming and more. He came out to every house, vetted it before hand with a list of data and helped me go though each property and scenario. In the negotiation phase, I couldn't have been more happy he did a great job working with the seller and staying on top of it. He also gave great insight to that part of the decision making process. He was there for each and every inspection, had no reservations about climbing up or crawling down to help me make sure everything was ship shape with no hidden surprises. Closing went wonderfully and I am now a proud home owner. It never would have happened especially as well as it did if it wasn't for Leon. He was never once discouraged and worked with me on all MY needs. I couldn't recommend him higher.
