Leon is one of the best professionals (of any kind) I have ever met! I recently moved to Philadelphia from San Francisco, and Leon helped me make the transition seamless. Not only is Leon knowledgable, but he is strategic, and executes well on both tactical and strategic tasks. I have in the past found real estate agents not to be responsive, however, Leon is incredible at communication. One other great thing about Leon, is his background is in real estate investing, so he really understands the investment portion, and specializes in many neighborhoods in this hot real estate market. Leon is truly the best!
