Leo Cohen founded the Bellingham Real Estate Co after years leading a top team at two brokerages. He's consistently been a high producer in Whatcom County's real estate industry, but more importantly, has built a business based on referrals from the clients whose trust he consistently earns.
From the beginning, Leo focused on both community and giving back: donations for every home sold, regular fundraising and giving drive events, free media productions in collaboration with local businesses, a local business podcast, and supporting local nonprofits.
More than 5 years ago, Leo founded the Whatcom County Real Estate HUB, an online community that has grown to more than 750 area brokers. It has become a go-to place for referring local home services professionals, discussing best practices, and connecting with members of the industry.
While Leo's business revolves around real estate, his world revolves around his wife Emily and their daughter Brynne.
