I didn't understand a lot of things that he had me sign for on the contract. These things cost me money. My fault, I should have held up signing the contract until I found out what they all meant. After a month without any realistic offers he asked me if I would help out on the financing of the house. I said I would consider it. The next thing I know he presents and offer with a big discount on the price and tells me that I should take it because the competition is all homes that look like new inside. And that is what everyone wants, if they can afford it. I agreed to it. Then they wanted me to further fix up the property after the inspection. I said no. They were told and shown all of these things when they offered the big discount. So I refused to fix anything. He told me that the buyer's realtor did not disclose all of the things I had disclosed to his client until the end of the purchase. But Leo agreed to do the repairs at his expense. So I guess he saved the deal and we got the house sold.
We re-listed our home with Leo at the start of 2024, after our home sat for 3 months with our previous agent.
