Leo was absolutely awesome to work with. He sold my parent's property in Punta Gorda. Our family was not local so we relied upon Leo for guidance along the way. We could not have done this without him - he went out of his way to ensure some improvements were made to the property when a couple items came up on the inspection report. He met with contractors and gave us many great referrals. He provided honest feedback on potential offers and ultimately with a sale of the property. Leo was referred to us by my brother & sister-in-law. He had helped them purchase their primary home as well as a rental property.
