Leo Martin helped us with the sale of the house, from start to finish, in the most professional, hard-working, and Effective way that we could have hoped for. There were no "off" days/hours for him: he was always working, always finding more ways to improve our prospects, and, in the end, it paid off! After just 1 weekend showing, we got the offer we were looking for, even Above the listing price. I can say with absolute certainty that Leo Martin gave us his All, 100% of all of his knowledge and (considerable) expertise; he was confident the whole way through, and he was able to back that up in practice.
