Leo is an exceptional realtor. He helped me and my husband with the purchase of our first home in Downey, CA 2 years ago. Fast forward this year 2021, we are relocating to Orlando, FL. Naturally, we went back to Leo and asked him to help us sell our CA property and buy a house in FL. We knew this was going to be a big challenge but he’s perfect for the task. Leo did his due diligence and introduced us to a FL real estate agent that would help us purchase our next home. With two real estate markets to consider, we went through the best case and worse case scenarios so expectations are set. With Leo’s help by pairing us with the perfect agent for the FL market, our FL home purchase closed the week after on 7/19/2021. The home sale in CA and home purchase in FL could not have gone any better and smoother. Both transactions were completed and accomplished within 38 days!! My husband and I was selling our home and needed an honest, reliable, trustworthy , and knowledgeable realtor. We found Leo through a family friend and he was highly recommended.
